Support to Health Institutions in managing the situation during Covid-19

Help vazhdon mbështetjen ndaj Institucioneve në menaxhimin e situatës ndaj pandemisë Covid-19, këtë herë mbështetje simbolike ju ofrua Qendrës Kryesore të Mjeksisë Familjare në Podujevë të cilës ju dhuruan një pako maska mbrojtëse për stafin.

Support for SOS children’s Village in Prishtina

Help continues to support the Institutions in managing the situation against pandemic Covid-19, this time symbolic support was provided to SOS children’s Village in Prishtina where Help donated a package of protective masks for staff and children living in that center.
We thank the Tailoring Company “ADA” for their volunteerism for sewing masks with the material donated to you by the Help Organization.

Support for vulnerable categories during Covid-19 situation

500 kg flour and protective masks for 20 families were distributed to the Roma community in Plemetin village of Obiliq Municipality.

Today is also the International Day of the Roma community, we wish that their social and economic situation improves as soon as possible and that this category of society is part of development everywhere in the world.

We thank company Qali for the donation to Help and also the Association of “United Women” from Komogllava village for producing masks, which was provided today in the context of support in managing the situation against the Covid-19 pandemic.

We also thank the officers from Municipality for their cooperation during the field activity.

Help supports communities during Covid-19 situation

1200 kg patate dhe nje pako maska mbrojtese u shperndane per komunitetet Rom, Ashkali, Egjiptian ne Fushe Kosove. Falenderojme kompanine Agrovin per donacionin e dhene ndaj Help si dhe Shoqatën “Gratë e Bashkuara” nga fshati Komogllave për qepjen e maskave, ndihme e cila u ofrua sot ne kuader te mbeshtetjes ne menaxhimin e situates ndaj pandemise Covid-19.
1200 kg of potatoes and a pack of protective masks were distributed to the Roma, Ashkali, Egyptian communities in Fushe Kosovo. We thank company Agrovin for the donation to Help and also the Association of “United Women” from Komogllava village for producing masks, which was provided today in the context of support in managing the situation against the Covid-19 pandemic.

So far Help assisted the Emergency Operating Center of the Ministry of Health, the Kosovo Correctional Service and the Elderly Care House in Pristina, Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in Fushe Kosova, Medical Center in Podujeva, SOS Children’s Village in Prishtina etc.

Help Mission in Kosovo supports the Elderly Care House in Prishtina with medicaments

Help Mission in Kosovo supports the Elderly Care House in Prishtina with medicaments to manage the Situation against Coronavirus.
The center has about 80 elders who are in need of essential medicaments.
Help has responded promptly to requests from officials at this center with medications such as: Vitamin C (Ac. Ascorbic), B-Complex, Diclofenac, Alcohol (ethanol), Facial Masks, Corvitol (metoprolol), Physiological Digestion (Nacl), Ringer (Na, CL, K), Infusion system, Oxygen system, Sterile gloves, Amp. Fraxiparin (Nadroparin Calcium), Ranitidin Amp. 50mg / 5ml, Loratidine, Enap-H (Enalapril + Hydrochlorothiazide), Furosemid tab, Furosemid amp, Linex Cap, Tetanus amp, Elastic bandages.

Based on the request for support from Kosovo Correctional Services (KCS) as our partner in project implementation, Help Mission in Kosovo today supported this institution with articles such as: disinfectants, hydrogen, latex glove, sterile set (coats) and disinfectant for external use.

Help Emergency action to assist Institutions in managing the situation against Coronavirus

Help is of course still in action for people in need, despite the Corona pandemic always following recommendations from the Government and WHO.
Help Mission in Kosovo activated emergency assistance and in coordination with medical staff today contributed disinfectant for aspirator, liquid instrument disinfectant, wet medical paper, latex gloves with powder, sterile surgeon’s coats, patient’s shirts, cover for Nobashuco shoes, toilet paper and disposable nylon apron.
Thank you very much for the willingness and cooperation of the Emergency Operations Center staff within the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

Help started informing citizens about the 2020 project

Help Kosovo started organizing information sessions in the municipalities involved in the project for 2020 in the framework of the project “Support to Socio-Economic Stability in the Western Balkans” which will be held in Pristina, Gjakova and Skenderaj and within the project “Support to Socio-Economic Stability in Kosovo ” which will take place in Podujeva and Drenas.
During 2020 at least 140 clients/beneficiaries will be supported, from 30 in Prishtina, Gjakova, Podujeva and Drenas, while in Skenderaj there will be at least 20 clients/beneficiaries.
After completing informative meetings with citizens, the application phase will follow until March 20th at 4:00 pm.

Help filloi me organizimin e seancave informuese ne Komunat e perfshira ne projekt per vitin 2020 ne kuader te projektit “Mbeshtetje stabilitetit socio-ekonomik ne Ballkanin Perendimor” qe do te zhvillohet ne Prishtine, Gjakove dhe Skenderaj si dhe projektin “Mbeshtetje stabilitetit socio-ekonomik ne Kosove” i cili do te zhvillohet ne Podujeve dhe Drenas.
