On September 17th 2018 Mr. Klaus-Jürgen Hedrich (currently Board Member of Help) visited Kosovo where he had a meeting with German Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Christian Heldt. Together with the Ambassador and Timo Stegelmann – Deputy Managing Director of Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe in Bonn, Masa Bubanj – Programme Manager and Shqipe Breznica – Country Director (Help Kosovo) visited clients in Gracanica.

Help representatives also visited the German KFOR and discussed about the Innovative Training Park in Prizren.

The delegation also had a meeting with Prime Minister of Kosovo Mr. Ramush Haradinaj, German Ambassador Christian Heldt, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Skender Reçica and Prime minister’s advisors.

An Agreement of Understanding has been signed between Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. and the Kosovo Correctional Service for the implementation of the project which focuses on supporting four correctional institutions in the rehabilitation and re-socialization of persons who have been in conflict with the law.

General Director of Kosovo Correctional Service Mr. Nehat Thaci and Program Coordinator of Help organization Ms. Shqipe Breznica, today, on September 13th, signed an Agreement of Understanding on the project aimed at the rehabilitation and re-socialization of the prisoners in the framework of the project “Supporting socio-economic stability in the Western Balkans 2017-2018”. The purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. Help and Kosovo Correctional Service will implement one of the components of this project, which is the support of four correctional institutions for the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners. In the meeting were present also Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Director of KCS and Head of Training Sector for Prisoners.

Nënshkruhet Marrëveshja e Mirëkuptimit në mes të Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. dhe Shërbimit Korrektues të Kosovës për implementimin e projektit që fokusohet në mbështetjen e katër Institucioneve korrektuese në rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave që kanë qenë në konflikt me ligjin.

Drejtori i përgjithshëm i Shërbimit Korrektues Të Kosovës Z. Nehat Thaçi dhe Koordinatorja e Programit nga organizata Help Znj. Shqipe Breznica, sot me datë 13 Shtator nënshkruan marrëveshje të mirëkuptimit për projektin që ka qëllim rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur, në kuadër të projektit “Mbështetje stabilitetit socio-ekonomik në rajonin e Ballkanit Perëndimor 2017-2018”. Qëllimi i projektit është ngritja e kapaciteteve të grupeve të cenueshme ne sferën ekonomike dhe shoqërore, në mënyrë që të ju krijohen mundësitë për pjesëmarrje aktive në shoqëri.  Help dhe Shërbimi Korrektues i Kosovës do ta zbatojnë njërin prej komponentëve  të këtij projektit që është mbështetja e katër institucioneve Korrektuese për rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur. Në takim ishin prezent gjithashtu edhe Zëvendës Ministri i Drejtësisë, Zëvendës Drejtori i SHKK dhe Udhëheqësja e Sektorit të Trajnimeve për të Burgosurit.

On 31.08.2018 Help Kosovo organized the “OPEN MARKET FOR Help’s CLIENTS (BENEFICIARIES)”

Project “Support to socio-economic stability in the western Balkans region 2017-2018” financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German Government, Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and partner Municipalities and implemented by Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.

On Friday, 31 August 2018 organized an open market. Open market aims to provide opportunities for Help’s clients (beneficiaries) to expose, promote and sell their products. Market was located by the League Boulevard in Prizren from 15:00-21:00. The activity was also supported by the Municipality of Prizren.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Project ʺSupport to Sustainable Economic Development in Municipal Level” financed by the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Kosovo Government and Ministry of Foreign Affair of the German Government and implemented by Help during 5 months. Kamenica Municipality and Help will cooperate on the following issues during the implementation of the project:

• Support to the implementation of the Strategy for Development of Kamenica Municipality. Support human capacity development through vocational trainings
• Support the development of entrepreneurship and small enterprises, particularly in the function of employment growth and job creation, and the creation of competitive conditions for attracting investment
• Identifying and networking partners within the framework of the project with special attention to the micro businesses

The project focuses on increasing the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. While the objective is to reduce the level of poverty among economically vulnerable groups. Help will offer professional trainings for at least 40 citizens of Municipality of Kamenica.

PËRMBLEDHJE E PROJEKTIT

Projekti “Përkrahje Zhvillimit të Qëndrueshëm Ekonomik në Nivel Komunal”  (më tej “Projektit”), i financuar nga Ministria e Administrimit te Pushtetit Lokal te Qeverise se Republikës se Kosovës dhe Ministria e Punëve te Jashtme te Qeverise Gjermane dhe zbatuar nga Help në periudhë kohore prej 5 muajve. Komuna e Kamenicës dhe Help do të bashkëpunojnë në çështjet e mëposhtme gjatë zbatimit të projektit:

• Mbështetje për zbatimin e Strategjisë Zhvillimore te Komunës se Kamenicës. Mbështetje ne ndërtim te kapaciteteve njerëzore përmes trajnimeve profesionale
• Mbështetje zhvillimit te ndërmarrësisë dhe ndërmarrjeve të vogla, veçanërisht në funksion të rritjes së punësimit dhe krijimit të vendeve të reja te punës si dhe krijimin e kushteve konkurruese për tërheqjen e investimeve.
• Identifikimi dhe rrjetëzimi me partnerë brenda kuadrit të projektit me vëmendje të veçantë tek bizneset e vogla

Projekti fokusohet në ngritjen e kapaciteteve të grupeve të cenueshme ne sferën ekonomike dhe shoqërore, ne  mënyrë që te ju krijohen mundësitë për pjesëmarrje aktive në shoqëri. Përderisa objektiva është zvogëlimi i nivelit të varfërisë në mesin e grupeve ekonomikisht të cenueshme. Help do te ofroje trajnime profesionale për se paku 40 qytetare te Komunës se Kamenicës.

Youth in Gjilan will receive business skills training and some will receive small grants to start their own businesses through a cooperation agreement signed on August 17th, 2018 with the municipality of Gjilan and Help Kosovo.

The USAID EMPOWER Private Sector Self-Employment Training Program aims to foster the employability and entrepreneurship of youth in Gjilan, Viti, Hani i Elezit, and Kacanik. In partnership with Sida – Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete.

Nënshkruhet marrëveshja e bashkëpunimit për realizimin e programit të USAID që synon të mbështesë punësimin e të rinjëve të Gjilanit

Përfaqësuesja e komunës së Gjilanit, Drejtoresha e Zhvillimit Ekonomik, Valbona Tahiri, dhe Shqipe Breznica, Koordinatore e Projektit nga organizata Help, kanë nënshkruar më 17 gusht marrëveshjen e bashkëpunimit në kuadër të programit trajnues “Programi i Trajnimit për Vetëpunësim”. Ky program është i financuar nga projekti i USAID-it EMPOWER Sektori Privat, në partneritet me Agjencinë Suedeze për Zhvillim Ndërkombëtar (Sida).

Nënshkruhet marrëveshja e bashkëpunimit për realizimin e programit të USAID që synon të mbështesë punësimin e të rinjëve të Vitisë

Kryetari i komunës së Vitisë, Sokol Haliti, dhe Shqipe Breznica, Koordinatore e Projektit nga organizata Help, kanë nënshkruar më 17 gusht marrëveshjen e bashkëpunimit në kuadër të programit trajnues “Programi i Trajnimit për Vetëpunësim”. Ky program është i financuar nga projekti i USAID-it EMPOWER Sektori Privat, në partneritet me Agjencinë Suedeze për Zhvillim Ndërkombëtar (Sida).

Help Kosovo signed a cooperation agreement with Ministry of Local Government Administration within the project “Support to Sustainable Economic Development at the Municipal Level”. This project will provide professional training for at least 40 citizens in the Municipality of Kamenica.

Trainings will be designed on the basis of citizens’ requests, but will focus on creating a skilled workforce that creates opportunities for self-employment.

Target groups are young and marginalized groups. The type of training can be: electrician, central heating, welding, tailoring, hairdressing, bakery craft, etc.

Help Kosovo ka nenshkruar marreveshjen e bashkepunimit me Ministrine e Administrimit dhe Pushtetit Lokal ne kuader te projektit “Perkrahje Zhvillimit te Qendrueshem Ekonomik ne Nivel Komunal”. Ky projekt do te ofroje trajnime/aftesim profesional per se paku 40 qytetare ne Komunen e Kamenices.

Trajnimet do te jene te dizajnuara ne baze te kerkeses se qytetareve por fokusi do te jete krijimi i fuqise punetore te kualifikuar qe krijon mundesi per vete punesim.

Grupi i synuar jane te rinjte dhe grupet e margjinalizuara. Lloji i trajnimeve mund te jete: elektriciste, ngrohje qendrore, saldim, rrobaqepesi, floktari, furretari etj.
