Klaus-Jürgen Hedrich visit in Kosovo

On September 17th 2018 Mr. Klaus-Jürgen Hedrich (currently Board Member of Help) visited Kosovo where he had a meeting with German Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Christian Heldt. Together with the Ambassador and Timo Stegelmann – Deputy Managing Director of Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe in Bonn, Masa Bubanj – Programme Manager and Shqipe Breznica – Country Director (Help Kosovo) visited clients in Gracanica.

Help representatives also visited the German KFOR and discussed about the Innovative Training Park in Prizren.

The delegation also had a meeting with Prime Minister of Kosovo Mr. Ramush Haradinaj, German Ambassador Christian Heldt, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Skender Reçica and Prime minister’s advisors.

Agreement of Understanding has been signed between Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. and the Kosovo Correctional Service

An Agreement of Understanding has been signed between Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. and the Kosovo Correctional Service for the implementation of the project which focuses on supporting four correctional institutions in the rehabilitation and re-socialization of persons who have been in conflict with the law.

General Director of Kosovo Correctional Service Mr. Nehat Thaci and Program Coordinator of Help organization Ms. Shqipe Breznica, today, on September 13th, signed an Agreement of Understanding on the project aimed at the rehabilitation and re-socialization of the prisoners in the framework of the project “Supporting socio-economic stability in the Western Balkans 2017-2018”. The purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. Help and Kosovo Correctional Service will implement one of the components of this project, which is the support of four correctional institutions for the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners. In the meeting were present also Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Director of KCS and Head of Training Sector for Prisoners.

Nënshkruhet Marrëveshja e Mirëkuptimit në mes të Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. dhe Shërbimit Korrektues të Kosovës për implementimin e projektit që fokusohet në mbështetjen e katër Institucioneve korrektuese në rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave që kanë qenë në konflikt me ligjin.

Drejtori i përgjithshëm i Shërbimit Korrektues Të Kosovës Z. Nehat Thaçi dhe Koordinatorja e Programit nga organizata Help Znj. Shqipe Breznica, sot me datë 13 Shtator nënshkruan marrëveshje të mirëkuptimit për projektin që ka qëllim rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur, në kuadër të projektit “Mbështetje stabilitetit socio-ekonomik në rajonin e Ballkanit Perëndimor 2017-2018”. Qëllimi i projektit është ngritja e kapaciteteve të grupeve të cenueshme ne sferën ekonomike dhe shoqërore, në mënyrë që të ju krijohen mundësitë për pjesëmarrje aktive në shoqëri.  Help dhe Shërbimi Korrektues i Kosovës do ta zbatojnë njërin prej komponentëve  të këtij projektit që është mbështetja e katër institucioneve Korrektuese për rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur. Në takim ishin prezent gjithashtu edhe Zëvendës Ministri i Drejtësisë, Zëvendës Drejtori i SHKK dhe Udhëheqësja e Sektorit të Trajnimeve për të Burgosurit.

Application for the Project ʺSupport to Sustainable Economic Development in Municipal Level”

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Project ʺSupport to Sustainable Economic Development in Municipal Level” financed by the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Kosovo Government and Ministry of Foreign Affair of the German Government and implemented by Help during 5 months. Kamenica Municipality and Help will cooperate on the following issues during the implementation of the project: – Support to the implementation of the Strategy for Development of Kamenica Municipality. Support human capacity development through vocational trainings – Support the development of entrepreneurship and small enterprises, particularly in the function of employment growth and job creation, and the creation of competitive conditions for attracting investment – Identifying and networking partners within the framework of the project with special attention to the micro businesses The project focuses on increasing the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. While the objective is to reduce the level of poverty among economically vulnerable groups. Help will offer professional trainings for at least 40 citizens of Municipality of Kamenica.

Podržati razvoj ljudskih kapaciteta kroz stručne obuke. – Podržati razvoj preduzetništva i malih preduzeća, naročito u funkciji rasta zapošljavanja i stvaranja novih radnih mesta, i stvaranje konkurentnih uslova za privlačenje investicija – Identifikacija i umrežavanje partnera u okviru projekta sa posebnim pažnja na mikro preduzeća.

Projekat se fokusira na povećanje kapaciteta ugroženih grupa u ekonomskoj i socijalnoj sferi, kako bi se stvorile mogućnosti za aktivno učešće u društvu. Iako je cilj smanjenje nivoa siromaštva među ekonomski ugroženim grupama. Help će ponuditi stručne obuke za najmanje 40 građana opštine Kamenica.

MAPL dhe Help mbështesin Komunën e Kamenicës me trajnime profesionale

Projekti “Përkrahje Zhvillimit të Qëndrueshëm Ekonomik në Nivel Komunal” (më tej “Projektit”), i financuar nga Ministria e Administrimit te Pushtetit Lokal te Qeverise se Republikës se Kosovës dhe Ministria e Punëve te Jashtme te Qeverise Gjermane dhe zbatuar nga Help në periudhë kohore prej 5 muajve. Komuna e Kamenicës dhe Help do të bashkëpunojnë në çështjet e mëposhtme gjatë zbatimit të projektit:

– Mbështetje për zbatimin e Strategjisë Zhvillimore te Komunës se Kamenicës. Mbështetje ne ndërtim te kapaciteteve njerëzore përmes trajnimeve profesionale

Shuma totale e projektit është 17, 754.00 Euro ku 13,000.00 Euro janë ekskluzivisht për trajnime dhe projekti përfundon me 31 dhjetor 2018.
