Timo Stegelmann visit in Kosovo
On 10.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives Timo Stegelmann (Deputy Managing Director) Masa Bubanj (Project Advisor) and Shqipe Breznica (Program Coordinator) had a meeting with the Chief of Cabinet Lulzim Demolli from Ministry of Economic Development in order to present the project objectives for the future.
On 10.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives had a meeting with the Senior Political Advisor to the Minister Mrs. Laura Perjuci Zherka from Ministry of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in order to present the project objectives for the future.
On 11.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives had a meeting with Mentor Tërshnjaku Political Advisor to the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of Kosovo Government in order to present the project objectives for the future.

Help mbështet Burgun e Sigurisë së Lartë me vegla pune dhe makineri
Help Kosovo ka mbështetur me pajisje për punë Burgun e Sigurisë së Lartë në Dyz.
Përmes këtij projekti synohet të ndikohet në rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur, në kuadër të projektit “Mbështetje stabilitetit socio-ekonomik në rajonin e Ballkanit Perëndimor 2017-2018”.
Qëllimi i projektit është ngritja e kapaciteteve të grupeve të cenueshme ne sferën ekonomike dhe shoqërore, në mënyrë që të ju krijohen mundësitë për pjesëmarrje aktive në shoqëri. Help dhe Shërbimi Korrektues i Kosovës do ta zbatojnë njërin prej komponentëve të këtij projektit që është mbështetja e katër institucioneve Korrektuese për rehabilitimin dhe ri-socializimin e personave të burgosur.
Zyrtarët e BSL u shprehën mirënjohës ndaj Organizatës Help për implementimit të ketij projekti.

Help supported High Security Prison with working tools
Help Kosovo supported the High Security Prison in Dyz with working tools. Through this project, it is intended to influence the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners, within the project “Support to Socio-Economic Stability in the Western Balkans 2017-2018”.
The purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. Help and Kosovo Correctional Service will implement one of the components of this project, which is the support of four correctional institutions for the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners. In the meeting were present also Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Director of KCS and Head of Training Sector for Prisoners.
The officials of the High Security Prison were satisfied and thankful to Help for realizing and implementation of this project.

Certifikohen 43 përfitues të aftësimit profesional nga Kamenica
Certifikohen 43 përfitues të aftësimit profesional nga Kamenica.
Perfituesit u aftesuan ne keto fusha: 8 per ngrohje qendrore, 3 per saldim, 16 per rrobaqepesi, 14 per floktari dhe 2 per teknologji informative.
Përmbledhje e projektit
Projekti “Përkrahje Zhvillimit të Qëndrueshëm Ekonomik në Nivel Komunal”, i financuar nga Ministria e Administrimit te Pushtetit Lokal te Qeverise se Republikës se Kosovës dhe Ministria e Punëve te Jashtme te Qeverise Gjermane dhe zbatuar nga Help në periudhë kohore 5 mujore. Komuna e Kamenicës dhe Help do të bashkëpunojnë në çështjet e mëposhtme gjatë zbatimit të projektit: Mbështetje për zbatimin e Strategjisë Zhvillimore te Komunës se Kamenicës. Mbështetje ne ndërtim te kapaciteteve njerëzore përmes trajnimeve profesionale. Mbështetje zhvillimit te ndërmarrësisë dhe ndërmarrjeve të vogla, veçanërisht në funksion të rritjes së punësimit dhe krijimit të vendeve të reja te punës si dhe krijimin e kushteve konkurruese për tërheqjen e investimeve.
Qëllimi i projektit
Projekti fokusohet në ngritjen e kapaciteteve të grupeve të cenueshme ne sferën ekonomike dhe shoqërore, ne mënyrë që te ju krijohen mundësitë për pjesëmarrje aktive në shoqëri. Përderisa objektiva është zvogëlimi i nivelit të varfërisë në mesin e grupeve ekonomikisht të cenueshme. Help do te ofroje trajnime profesionale për se paku 40 qytetare te Komunës se Kamenicës. Identifikimi dhe rrjetëzimi me partnerë brenda kuadrit të projektit me vëmendje të veçantë tek bizneset e vogla.

Certification of 43 beneficiaries of vocational training in Kamenica
“SUPPORT TO SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN MUNICIPAL LEVEL”
IMPLEMENTED BY HELP IN KAMENICA
Certification of 43 beneficiaries of vocational training in Kamenica.
Beneficiaries were trained in these areas: 8 for central heating, 3 for welding, 16 for sewing, 14 for hairdressers and 2 for information technology.
About the project
Project ʺSupport to Sustainable Economic Development in Municipal Level” financed by the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Kosovo Government and Ministry of Foreign Affair of the German Government and implemented by Help during 5 months. Kamenica Municipality and Help will cooperate on the following issues during the implementation of the project: Support to the implementation of the Strategy for Development of Kamenica Municipality. Support human capacity development through vocational trainings Support the development of entrepreneurship and small enterprises, particularly in the function of employment growth and job creation, and the creation of competitive conditions for attracting investment.
Project objectives
The project focuses on increasing the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. While the objective is to reduce the level of poverty among economically vulnerable groups. Help will offer professional trainings for at least 40 citizens of Municipality of Kamenica. Identifying and networking partners within the framework of the project with special attention to the micro businesses.

Certifikohen 100 të rinj nga Gjilani dhe Vitia në aftësim për të bërë biznes
Certifikohen 50 të rinj nga Gjilani
Si pjesë e “Programit të Trajnimit për Vetë-Punësim”, financuar nga USAID Empower dhe implementuar nga Help, 50 kandidatë morën certifikata për trajnimin e biznesit.
Në ceremoninë e organizuar në Gjilan, z. Lutfi Haziri, kryetari i komunës, falënderoi USAID për financimin e programit dhe Help për zbatimin e programit. Ai tregoi gatishmëri për të vazhduar mbështetjen e bizneseve të reja në komunë, veçanërisht bizneset e themeluara nga të rinjtë.
Brian Martalus, Drejtor i Zyrës për Zhvillim Ekonomik në USAID tha se “Kosova është vendi më i ri në Evropë me popullsinë më të re, energjike, inteligjente dhe të etur për të kontribuar në zhvillimin ekonomik të vendit. Nisja dhe drejtimi i një biznesi nuk është e lehtë, shumë biznese dështojnë, por ju duhet të vazhdoni të përpiqeni derisa të keni sukses. USAID është këtu për t’ju ndihmuar të keni sukses tani dhe, në të ardhmen, kështu që ju të kontribuoni për familjet tuaja dhe komunitetin tuaj. Ai gjithashtu falënderoi kryetarin e komunës për bashkëfinancimin e programit “.
Shqipe Breznica, Koordinatore e Programit për Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe Misioni në Kosovë ishte u shpreh e kënaqur me interesimin e të rinjve për këtë projekt i cili do të zhvillojë zhvillimin e aftësive të biznesit përmes trajnimeve të biznesit që do të mundësojnë aplikimin për grant për pajisje dhe inkurajoi ata që të ndjekin procedurat e aplikimeve brenda projektit.
Programi i Trajnimit për Vetë-Punësim, i cili zbatohet nga Help Kosovo, synon të nxisë aftësinë për punësim, ndërmarrje dhe zgjerimin e mundësive për punësim të të rinjve nga Gjilani, Vitia, Kaçaniku dhe Hani i Elezit. Programi ka ofruar trajnim për aftësitë e biznesit në rreth 200 të rinj, dhe pas përfundimit, së paku 32 propozimet më të mira të biznesit të paraqitura nga të trajnuarit do të marrin grante të vogla, të cilat gjithashtu bashkëfinancohen nga komunat partnere, për të filluar bizneset e tyre.

Certifikohen 50 të rinj nga Vitia
Si pjesë e “Programit të Trajnimit për Vetë-Punësim”, financuar nga USAID Empower dhe implementuar nga Help, 50 kandidatë morën certifikata për trajnimin e biznesit.
Në ceremoninë e mbajtur në Viti z. Sokol Haliti, kryetari i komunës, uroi kandidatët për përfundimin me sukses të trajnimit dhe u uroi atyre sukses edhe gjatë konkursit për aplikim të granteve. Ai falënderoi USAID për financimin e programit dhe Organizatën Help për zbatimin e programit, me ç’rast i dha të dy përfaqësuesve të këtyre Organizatave nga një dhuratë simbolike.
Brian Martalus, Drejtor i Zyrës për Zhvillim Ekonomik në USAID tha se “Kosova është vendi më i ri në Evropë me popullsinë më të re, energjike, inteligjente dhe të etur për të kontribuar në zhvillimin ekonomik të vendit. Nisja dhe drejtimi i një biznesi nuk është e lehtë, shumë biznese dështojnë, por ju duhet të vazhdoni të përpiqeni derisa të keni sukses. USAID është këtu për t’ju ndihmuar të keni sukses tani dhe në të ardhmen, kështu që ju të kontribuoni për familjet tuaja dhe komunitetin tuaj. Ai gjithashtu falënderoi kryetarët e komunave për bashkëfinancimin e programit “.

Certification of candidates from Gjilan and Viti
Certification of candidates from Gjilan
As part of the “Self-Employment Training Program”, financed by USAID Empower and implemented by HELP, 50 candidates received certifications for the business training.
In the ceremony organised in Gjilan, Mr. Lutfi Haziri, the municipal Mayor, thanked USAID for financing the program, and HELP for implementing the program. He showed his readiness to continue support new businesses in the municipality, especially businesses established by young people.
Brian Martalus, Director of the Economic Development Office in USAID said that ‘’Kosovo is the youngest country in Europe with youngest population, energetic, intelligent, and eager to contribute to the economic development of the country. Starting and running a business is not easy, a lot of businesses fail, but you must keep trying until you succeed. USAID is here to help you to succeed now and, in the future, so you contribute to your families, and your community. He also thanked municipal mayors for co-financing the program’’.

The “Self-Employment Training Program”, which is implemented by Help Kosovo, aims to foster employ-ability, entrepreneurship, and expanding job opportunities for youth from Gjilan, Viti, Kacanik, and Hani i Elezit. The program delivered business skills training to around 200 youth, and upon completion, best 32 business proposals presented by trainees will receive small grants, which are also co-financed by partner municipalities, to start their own businesses.
The program is financed by USAID Empower Private Sector in partnership with Sida – Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete
The business training was delivered by Business Support Centre Kosovo (BSCK) from 26 November – 03 December 2018.

As part of the “Self-Employment Training Program”, financed by USAID Empower and implemented by Help, 50 candidates received certifications for the business training.
In the ceremony held in Viti, Mr. Sokol Haliti, the municipal Mayor, congratulated candidates for successfully completing the training and wished them success also during the grant application contest. He thanked USAID for financing the program, and HELP for implementing the program, on which occasion, he awarded to both, Mr. Martalus and Mrs. Breznica, a symbolic present.

Kandidatët nga Komuna e Kaçanikut dhe Hanit të Elezit morën certifikatat e tyre për trajnimin e biznesit në kuadër të projektit “Programi i Trajnimit për Vetë-punësimit”, implementuar nga Help Kosovo.
Ky program ka për qëllim nxitjen e aftësive për punësim dhe ndërmarrësi dhe zgjerimin e mundësive për punë për të rinjtë nga Gjilani, Vitia, Kaçaniku dhe Hani i Elezit.
Programi do të ofrojë trajnime për aftësitë e biznesit për rreth 200 të rinj, dhe pas përfundimit, së paku 32 propozimet më të mira të biznesit të paraqitura nga të trajnuarit do të përfitojnë grante të vogla, të cilat gjithashtu bashkë-financohen nga komunat partnere, për të filluar bizneset e tyre.
Trajnimi i biznesit organizohet nga Qendra për Mbështetjen e Bizneseve (BSCK), trajnimet do të mbahen nga 19-23 nëntor 2018 në Kaçanik dhe Han të Elezit, ndërsa nga 26 deri më 30 nëntor 2018 në Gjilan dhe Viti.
