Pyetjet dhe përgjigjet e parashtruara për projektin “Programi i Trajnimit për Vetëpunësim”

1. A mund të aplikoj në projektin “Programi i Trajnimit për Vetëpunësim” nëse nuk kam aplikuar në kohë për trajnimin në biznes dhe tani të aplikoj për grantin për pajisje?
   Të drejtë aplikimi kanë vetëm të përzgjedhurit nga Komuna përkatëse (Gjilan, Viti, Kaçanik dhe Hani i Elezit) që kanë mbajtur trajnimin 5-ditor në fushën e biznesit, afati i fundit për aplikim është data 25 Janar 2019 deri në orën 16:00.
2. A bën të aplikoj për dy ide të ndryshme apo të ndryshoj idenë që kam aplikuar paraprakisht?
   Një person mund të aplikoj vetëm për një ide për të cilën ka aplikuar herën e pare dhe të mos e ndryshojë idenë apo veprimtarinë (kjo lejohet vetëm nëse ka gabuar diçka) dhe tani dëshiron të aplikojë për të njejtën veprimtari mirëpo me një ide më kreative apo inovative.

3. A duhet te jene specifikimet e pajisjes patjeter ne fleten e ofertes apo mundemi tia bashkagjesim nje flet tjeter per specifikat e asaj pajisjes, per me qartesu me shume pyetjen p.sh: ne oferte shkruan 1 Projektor Acer H65512BD DLP Projector, EMEA?Specifikacionet/karakteristikat e pajisjeve duhet te shenohen shkurtimisht ne faqe 9 te aplikacionit, ndersa specifikacionet/karakteristikat e detajuara duhet te perfshihen ne oferten/pro faturen te cilen ua leshon kompania ne te cilen i keni shikuar pajisjet per te aplikuar per grant.

4. Kam nje pyetje per piken 2. Statusi socio-ekonomik, ne tabelat ku duhen te shkruhen informacione per familjen a duhet te jem une (aplikuesi) i perfshire apo vetem anetaret e tjere te familjes?
   Ne pergjigjen e pyetjes 2. Statusi socio-ekonomik duhet te shenohen emrat e te gjithe anetareve te familjes duke perfshire edhe te dhenat e aplikuesit.

5. A mundet qe biznesi i hapur te jete ne nje lokacion tjeter perveç se ne komunen tone?
   Biznesi duhet te hapet ne komunen nga I cili aplikoni (p.sh nese aplikoni nga Komuna e Gjilanit duhet ta hapni biznesin ne Gjilan)

6. A duhet qe pro fatura apo oferta qe e marrim nga kompanite te perfshije edhe TVSH-ne?
   Po, oferta te cilen e merrni nga kompanite te regjistruara ne menyre ligjore ne Kosove duhet te kete te perfshire edhe TVSH-ne.

7. Tek pyetja 4.12 emrat e pajisjeve dhe çmimet a duhet te jene sipas profaturave apo ben edhe ne baze te shitjeve qe gjinden ne internet?
   Çmimet e pajisjeve duhet te jene duke u bazuar në tregun e Kosovës, dmth të kompanive që shesin pajisje të ndryshme dhe jo çmimet e internetit

8. Tek pyetja 3.1 a duhet te specifikohet njera nga anetaret familjar apo bashkepunetoret?
   Te plotesohet vetem nese ndonje nga anetaret e familjes do te angazhohen ne aktivitetin tuaj

9. Nese pajisjet tona jane ne kompani te ndryshme a mundet t’i bashkangjitim me shume se nje kompani dhe te japim ofertat e tyre?
   Nese pajisjet nuk mund ti gjeni te gjitha ne nje kompani atehere merrni oferta nga kompani te ndryshme per pajisjet e caktuara

10. Gjithashtu nese do te ishte e mundur do te kerkoja formen e aplikimin edhe online sepse hapesira ne faqe jane pak te vogla per te shkruar me detaje.
    Aplikacionin mund ta shkarkoni edhe ne www.help-kosovo.org

11. A bën të aplikoj pë material shpenzues (material, shtof, material për renovim)?
    Jo, ju duhet të aplikoni vetëm për pajisje me të cilat do të ushtroni/zhvilloni aktivitetin tuaj biznesor dhe nuk mund të aplikoni për material shpenzues

12. A duhet patjeter te marr 3 oferta per pajisjet qe do te aplikoj?
    Vetëm nëse veprimtaria juaj është më e rrallë (muzikë, mjekësi, sport) duhet të siguroni 3 oferta sepse mund të kemi vështirësi në blerjen e pajisjeve nëse përzgjidheni si përfitues.

13. A bën të aplikojmë 2 persona që kemi ndjekur trajnimin bashkë dhe tani dëshirojmë të aplikojmë si projekt i përbashkët?
    Po, u lejohet të aplikoni 2 persona si projekt i përbashkët dhe të bashkangjitni aplikacionet në një zarf.

14. A lejohet të marrim ofertën/profaturën nga shitës që nuk janë të regjistruar ligjërisht?
    Ju duhet të hulumtoni tregun në Kosovë dhe të merrni ofertën/profaturën nga kompanitë që janë të regjistruara në mënyrë të rregullt dhe të cilave u lejohet importimi dhe shitja e pajisjeve të caktuara.
15. A mund të aplikoj për vlerën e caktuar të pajisjeve që më nevojiten edhe nëse nuk aplikoj për vlerën maksimale të grantit çfarë ndodh?
    Kërkesa juaj duhet të jetë e arsyeshme dhe të aplikoni për aq pajisje sa ju duhen për të funksionalizuar biznesin tuaj dhe nuk është patjetër e nevojshme të aplikoni për vlerën maksimale të lejuar dhe në këtë mënyrë do të përfshijmë më shumë përfitues nga lista reserve.

16. Si do të vlerësohen aplikacionet tona, në çfarë mënyre?
    Aplikacionet tuaja do të vlerësohen nga zyrëtarët e organizatës implementuese Help së bashku me zyrëtarin përgjegjës nga Komuna e caktuar dhe të monitoruar nga zyrëtari I USAID Empower Private Sector. Pas vlerësimit në fazën e pare do të përzgjedhim kandidatët më të suksesshëm për ti vizituar në terren, në adresën e biznesit të tyre, shtëpisë apo lokacionit se ku planifikoni të punoni.

17. A mund të aplikoj për pajisje të përdorura?
    Pajisjet për të cilat mund të aplikoni duhet të jenë të reja, funksionale, në gjendje të rregullt, që ofrojnë garancion, të plotësojnë kriteret e caktuara në udhëzuesin që e posedoni. Dhe nuk lejohet të merrni ndonjë ofertë nga kompanitë që shesin pajisje të përdorura.
18. A duhet ta regjistroj biznesin në rast se përzgjidhem në mesin e përfituesve?
    Ju obligoheni të regjistroni biznesin tuaj me rastin e nënshkrimit të kontratës si përfitues i grantit dhe para se të pranoni pajisjet gjë për të cilën do të njoftoheni përmes telefonit

20. Sa do të jetë numri i përfituesve?
    Numri i përfituesve nga komunat e përfshira në këtë projekt është minimum 8 por  nëse kërkesa juaj është më e vogël se vlera 3650 Euro atëherë do të rritet numri i përfituesve.

21. Nëse pajisja për të cilën aplikoj kalon vlerën 3650 Euro atëherë çfarë ndodh?
    Atëherë ju obligoheni të paguani shumën mbi atë vlerë

On 14th of January 2019 Help Kosovo visited the Institution of Correctional Service of Kosovo to discuss about the future. Until now Help has supported 4 Prisons/Correctional Centers with working equipment and training.

On 10.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives Timo Stegelmann (Deputy Managing Director) Masa Bubanj (Project Advisor) and Shqipe Breznica (Program Coordinator) had a meeting with the Chief of Cabinet Lulzim Demolli from Ministry of Economic Development in order to present the project objectives for the future.

On 10.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives had a meeting with the Senior Political Advisor to the Minister Mrs. Laura Perjuci Zherka from Ministry of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in order to present the project objectives for the future.

On 11.12.2018 Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representatives had a meeting with Mentor Tërshnjaku Political Advisor to the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of Kosovo Government in order to present the project objectives for the future.

Help Kosovo supported the High Security Prison in Dyz with working tools. Through this project, it is intended to influence the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners, within the project “Support to Socio-Economic Stability in the Western Balkans 2017-2018”.
The purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of vulnerable groups in the economic and social sphere, in order to create opportunities for active participation in society. Help and Kosovo Correctional Service will implement one of the components of this project, which is the support of four correctional institutions for the rehabilitation and re-socialization of prisoners. In the meeting were present also Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Director of KCS and Head of Training Sector for Prisoners.
The officials of the High Security Prison were satisfied and thankful to Help for realizing and implementation of this project.

Certification of candidates from Gjilan

As part of the “Self-Employment Training Program”, financed by USAID Empower and implemented by HELP, 50 candidates received certifications for the business training.

In the ceremony organised in Gjilan, Mr. Lutfi Haziri, the municipal Mayor, thanked USAID for financing the program, and HELP for implementing the program. He showed his readiness to continue support new businesses in the municipality, especially businesses established by young people.

Brian Martalus, Director of the Economic Development Office in USAID said that ‘’Kosovo is the youngest country in Europe with youngest population, energetic, intelligent, and eager to contribute to the economic development of the country.  Starting and running a business is not easy, a lot of businesses fail, but you must keep trying until you succeed. USAID is here to help you to succeed now and, in the future, so you contribute to your families, and your community. He also thanked municipal mayors for co-financing the program’’.

Shqipe Breznica, Country Director of Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe Mission in Kosovo was satisfied with the interest of youngsters for this project which will deliver business skills development through business training that will lead to the application for a grant for equipment and encouraged them to follow the procedures of applications within the project.

The “Self-Employment Training Program”, which is implemented by Help Kosovo, aims to foster employ-ability, entrepreneurship, and expanding job opportunities for youth from Gjilan, Viti, Kacanik, and Hani i Elezit. The program delivered business skills training to around 200 youth, and upon completion, best 32 business proposals presented by trainees will receive small grants, which are also co-financed by partner municipalities, to start their own businesses.

The program is financed by USAID Empower Private Sector in partnership with Sida – Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete

The business training was delivered by Business Support Centre Kosovo (BSCK) from 26 November – 03 December 2018.

In the ceremony held in Viti, Mr. Sokol Haliti, the municipal Mayor, congratulated candidates for successfully completing the training and wished them success also during the grant application contest. He thanked USAID for financing the program, and HELP for implementing the program, on which occasion, he awarded to both, Mr. Martalus and Mrs. Breznica, a symbolic present.
