On April 15, ABSL Kosovo brought together key representatives from the private sector, public institutions, and the digital ecosystem to mark an important milestone and shape the future of Kosovo’s ICT and BPO sector.

The keynote session highlighted Kosovo’s growing potential as a competitive nearshoring destination, emphasizing the need for stronger institutional support, investment promotion, and alignment between industry and workforce development.

The panel discussion addressed key sector challenges—such as skills gaps and market fragmentation—while exploring practical solutions for growth, innovation, and regional positioning.

A Legal Guide to Investing in Kosovo by Shoqëria e Avokatëve “Vokshi & Lata” provided valuable insights into the regulatory framework and business opportunities.

Dr. Rita Parashumti added an interactive element with practical well-being tips for high-performing professionals.

The event concluded with Data4X, presenting key findings from the Kosovo Digital Economy Overview Report to inform future strategies.

Special thanks to the Platinum Sponsor – Concentrix, and to evroTarget L.L.C and Rrjeta for their support in making this event possible.
