Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe is committed to integrity, accountability, and the global fight against corruption, abuse of power, and exploitation. Our Code of Conduct applies to everyone working with or for Help and sets expectations for ethical behavior across all locations. We operate clear procedures for handling concerns and complaints—internally and externally—so that employees, partners, beneficiaries, and anyone affected by our work can report suspected misconduct. An independent ombudsperson is also available for confidential reports that cannot be raised within Help’s structures.
